It looks very balanced, healthy and delicious I’m estimating between 650-800 depending if there are any creamy sauces or lots of oil.
Happy birthday! I also tracked on my birthday even tho I didn’t restrict anything, I know for some of us it’s a tool to be mindful of the calories and don’t lose the habit
