Spit on it
Crumbl cookies above Levain? 🙁
I’m always happy for people to get out of the food industry, but also disappointed to see how terrible milk bar products are now
This font is making me feel like im reading a ransom note.
i just knew the first pic was los tacos no 1
The pork is the best at Los Tacos. The steak and the chicken are fine but the pork is amazing.
Ha, that’s funny seeing Sabor A Mexico on here, that place is downright awful, up there with Calexico in terms of mid to garbage.
I could recognize 4 of these. Looks like a good week.
Essa bagel I think is over rated. Next time check out utopia bagel
For UES Mexican, El Tepeyac is the move. More like East Harlem…97th and lex.
I live near Avoca and the last time we went they didn’t honor our Cheers to the Season booklet (we ended up getting refunded by the operator of the cocktail book, even though it’s the restaurants fault) and we had four different waiters arrive at our table in succession asking if we needed anything else. The cocktails are not great either. I’ve been there three times and I probably won’t give it another chance.
Xian FF quality varies a lil by location. Personally I think their UES one is the best. Those cumin lamb noodles are incredible usually.

This sub needs more tourists taking pics of of L’Industrie and Los Tacos 1
Should we tell them about Queens? Think wait it out. But a good start.
Hav a great friend, 82, the foodies foodie. Eaten in thousands of places, around the world. The mission was local cuisine, in all forms imaginable. Last visit to Flushing:
“I’ve never seen food like this, in my life. Anywhere.”
🙂
Make your way to Elmhurst or Flushing next time in Queens. A lot of variety there
I think you like s’mores!
So glad you ate at JaJaJa, though I disagree with your score.I love those nachos!
6/10
great list but I stg yall visitors go to the exact same spots
I never understood the Xian hype, but maybe it’s just a personal taste thing. The food never strikes me as morishc I have a few bites and I’m good.
Prince street pizza definitely a win, but not getting the pork from los tacos no 1 kinda makes that place average
Where is the Sabrett’s?
Goodness gracious it looks wonderful.
Agree. Milk bar is bad bad bad.
Looks like you had a good time sampling food!
Where’s the chicken over rice?
Apollo doesn’t wrap?
Your punishment for when you get home is that you HAVE to eat vegan for 2 weeks !
ITS BEEN .. one week eating in NYC
Looks like a good week!
I distrust all your ratings after seeing your levain rating
I think you crushed it
Those doughnuts from doughnutery are a fucking ripoff
Yo those bagels look so fluffy 😱
i refuse to wait in lines for food in NY but los tacos no 1 was worth it
