My first Tomahawk – reverse sear how did I do?


First time cooking anything of this size on the bbq, only ever done chicken and sausages, gave this a go!

    Amazing job, hungry for steak now.

    Did you sear first, then smoke, then post sear? Only thing that you could’ve done better is perhaps turn more often during last sear to prevent the little bit of blackening that can be seen in end result.
