Ingredients in English/ Urdu:

Preparation of Kunafah : –
Kunafah Syrup:-
• 1 1/2 cup water
• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
• 1 Tbsp Rose Water

Kunafh Custard:-
• 1 ½ Cup Milk
• 3 Tbsp Corn Flour
• 1 Tbsp Semilna (Suji)
• 4 Tbsp Sugar
• 1 Tsp Rose Water
• 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
• 1 ½ Cup Cream

Kunafah Dough:-
• 300 gm Prepared Kunafah Dogh
• 100 gm unsalted melted butter
• 2-3 Tbsp Caster sugar
• 1 Tbsp Butter for gresing
• 150 gm Mozzarella Cheese
• Garnish with chopped pistachio/ Nuts
Pour Syrup before serving

Bake Kunafa for 20-25 Minutes @ 150-180 Degrees

Preparation of Basbousa: –
• 2 Eggs
• 2 ½ Cup Semolina (1 Cup Coarse Semolina, 1 ½ Cup Fine Semolina)
• ¾ Cup Melted Butter
• 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
• 3 Milk Powder
• 1 Cup sugar
• 1 Cup desiccated coconut
• 1 cup Yogurt or (¾ cup yogurt + ¼ cup cream)
• 1 Tbsp baking powder
• 1/8 Tsp or 2 Pinch of Baking soda
• 1 Tbsp Tahini Sauce or butter for greasing

Preparation of Basbousa Syrup:-
• 2 Cup Sugar
• 2 Cup Water
• 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
• 1 Tsp Rose Water
• For Garnishing
o Almonds
o Desiccated Coconut
o Rose Petals

Bake for 30-35 Minutes at 180 Degrees
