Another pot roast!

    Recipe:
    I don’t have exact measurements because I adjust the ingredients according to taste. Here is the list of everything I used: chuck roast, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, tomato paste, flour, beef broth, butter, red wine, rosemary, thyme, bay leafs, parsley

    1. ⁠Season your chuck with seasonings of your choice! I like to use salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika!
    2. ⁠Brown your chuck roast on all sides in cast iron Dutch oven and set aside
    3. ⁠Next, sauté onions, celery, carrots, and garlic in same pot with butter until onions become translucent
    4. ⁠Add a little bit of flour and tomato paste to your vegetables
    5. ⁠Pour some of the red wine into same pot
    6. ⁠Add your chuck meat to pot and reduce the wine
    7. ⁠After wine has reduced, add beef broth, rosemary, thyme, parsley, and bay leafs
    8. Turn oven to 350 degrees, then cover & cook for 3 hours
    10. ⁠Serve over mash potatoes!
