This is the Lunch I have been having this week. In my head I have estimated around 500 calories but honestly might be a lot more.
Salad is a handful of kale, quarter of a red pepper and 12-15 tomatoes.
Eggs muffins are about 1 egg and 1 medium chestnut mushroom.
The chicken is around 150g of breast. Baked in the oven with gochujang, honey, Dark soy and spices.
Also the raisin as something sweet after.
Am I lying to myself thinking this is low calorie and healthy?

500 seems about right maybe a little more like 530

There’s no need to guess or lie to yourself. You know the quantities and ingredients—just plug it into a calorie tracking app or use google and a calculator. It will take 2 minutes and you’ll know the cals for a lunch you eat every day…
In my best guess, bc I don’t feel like plugging your lunch into MFP, this would be under 500. But just go check! Do you know how? Happy to help if you’re confused about anything.

I get a little under 400, plus whatever dressing you might use on the salad.

First, stop thinking of food as “healthy” and “unhealthy”.

Second, it seems like you’re weighing your food, so did you measure out the sauces (honey, gojuchang)?
