My first tinned fish brunch platter…how’d I do?

Haul from Brooklyn Fare. Served with parmesan cheese, pimentos, green chilies, sundried tomato compote butter, chili crisps, and the managers cheese special :). Biggest hits were the trout fillets and Louisiana hot sauce sardines. The Sea Tails lemon sardines were fantastic too. Didn't get to open all the cans…more snacks for this week!
