    Honestly a really good demo of the process, except I wouldn’t do this indoors unless you have a great range vent over it. Also the second ball of beef sitting on the bare counter bothers me, and I think you overcooked it by a good while for my preferences. But those are all nitpicks, and I know some people are fine with “overcooking” the meat to get a really good sear crust.

    Nice! Since getting my griddle, I try not to cook burgers inside anymore. But if I do I use my Lodge 2 burner cast iron skillet, and then it may be just only one or two patties; our hood vent is pretty weak.
