Hey y’all, just more updates;

been trying to keep experimenting with fun sourdough flavors as well as trying to also offer fun tasty snacks/lunch with your pickup of bread. Today was the first day testing hoagies. I smoked brisket and made flaky sweet potato rolls, as well as my apple kraut. Still available this afternoon and tomorrow if you want in!
Todays fun loaf was white cheddar/asparagus/jimmy nardello
Szechuan chili crisp and black tahini nori also still going strong.
Of course a classic country loaf still available.

  6. hoagie is a specific type of sandwich… you aren’t making anything approaching a hoagie in any of those photos.
