“My husband is Turkish, so the menu will have a Mediterranean style with shish, chicken and steaks, as well as vegetarian and gluten-free options,” said Mrs Nafile.

“We will still be serving breakfasts like the cafe did, and we will also have a bottomless lunch option, which includes a three-course meal alongside endless drinks.”

The couple have previous experience in the hospitality industry having run the Fork and Fire food truck for the past few years.

The Willow Grove Farm site has undergone a renovation transforming the former cafe into a restaurant and lounge.

The food truck will be used to cook the dishes on the menu as the family-run restaurant does not currently have a kitchen.

Mrs Nafile said a kitchen will be built at a later date, following the summer months.

Customers will also be able to try shisha pipes in the garden, although the offering will be dependent on good weather.
