You get 3 filet pieces in the bag. Thawed and pat dry. S&p the fish and fry skin side down in avocado oil for few minutes. Take it out of the pan to a plate. Add more oil to pan and sauté a cup of grape tomatoes, half sliced onion. Half way cooking, add 4 minced garlic. Deglaze with splash of Vermouth or dry white wine. Add s&p. Return the fish to the pan, cover till done. Or finish it in the oven at 325F.

How did it taste? I think my husband would approve. I’m not a fish person, so I need guidance.
