Smashed Roasted Potato Salad-

-Greek Yogurt / hung curd- 1 cup
-Cucumber
-Onion
-Coriander leaves
-Chillies
-Oregano and chili flakes
-Salt to taste mix it well!
Smashed potatoes-
-Baby potatoes- 8-9 ( if you have the big ones then dice em in to small size)
•Prepare seasoned oil with olive oil ( any oil of your choice) red chilli powder, salt ( a pinch or two) and black pepper! Apply on both the sides of smashed potatoes
•Now you can airfry it at 190 C for 15-20 minutes while flipping in between!
•let it cool down then drop it in the yogurt dressing, mix well and enjoy🩵
