Bachan's Japanese Barbecue Sauce, Hella Hot Edition: Moderate sweetness with flavors of soy, ginger, and onion in each bite that quickly yield to a powerfully spicy finish. Make sure to shake well to avoid a gritty feeling separation of larger pepper particles.
Sauce Bae, Skinny Habanero: Mildly sweet with well balanced spices. Only mild heat, but excellent flavor.
Old Bay Hot Sauce: Maryland's most popular hot sauce tastes just like the original Chesapeake Bay seasoning except with some heat. It's like Old Bay and Tabasco had a baby, though I honestly can barely taste the vinegar over the Old Bay flavor.

Old Bay is a sleeper basic hot sauce, nothing complex but pretty tasty.
The Old Bay is nasty and a huge disappointment (and I love actual Old Bay).
Bachan’s hella hot is a sleeper. The salt level though. Can’t do it, but sparingly.
Never saw the bachans Hella hot. I always have their hot and spicy in my fridge for sushi. Would love to try it.
