    2 Ambrosia apples
    2 tbsp Brown sugar
    1 tbsp Honey
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1/4 tsp Nutmeg
    1 tsp Cornstarch
    1/2 tbsp Olive oil
    5 pieces Rice paper

    Mix all the ingredients

    Fry apple filling for 5-10min on med heat or until soft

    Dip rice paper in warm water to soften

    Fry pockets on med/high heat for a couple min on each side or until crispy.

    Finish with cinnamon sugar and vanilla ice cream
