Recently did this spread for a small, intimate wedding and I received such lovely feedback from the guests (non vegan too).

The cake was lemon and blueberry, the cupcakes were carrot cake and cherry & almond.

Sandwich fillings: tofu "egg" & cress, chuna mayo, cheeze & onion, VLT.

Wrap fillings: peri peri chick'n, chick'n caesar.

I'm based in Manchester (UK) and run a fully vegan bakery from my home.

    Congrats! What is the dish in the front on the first pic? Brownie croutons? How is it served? I’m so intrigued, it looks great! We did a Mexican themed vegan wedding with bean and olive/potato/tomato tamales as the main.

    That looks amazing! I’m still just waking up, so my brain at first thought those iced pastries in the front tray were chunks of boiled cabbage 😂 but now that I’m actually alert, that all looks and sounds SO good.
