I am wondering if people can just rate or tell me the pellet grill they have sworn by. I am in the uk and am wanting to get my first pellet grill. I am thinking of getting the above for £ 699. Is this worth it? What have other gone for? Should I be sticking to getting a traeger?

I havnt used it, but from everything I’ve seen and read the camp chef woodwind pro is probably the best single pelle ont grill on the market.

I have two traeger and a Louisiana Grill and I don’t notice any difference in quality between them, I think most pellet smokers probably produce pretty similar quality meat.

If you want the most simple decision possible, buy whatever the biggest traeger you can afford is and you won’t have any problems with it. It’ll make good food, and you won’t have to think much.

I personally wouldn’t ever really recommend buying one because I think they’re more expensive than they need to be, and the quality isn’t linearly in line with the price you pay, but it’s easy and simple to get one.

Id go to Facebook marketplace and find a smoker there, and ask the owner if you can run it for an hour or so. Watch the temp and make sure it’s somewhat stable and then save yourself a pile of cash.
