Ideally I wanted one piece but they had cut one lamb leg into two pieces due yo packaging…

Anyhow, roasted for about 8 hours at about 275-300f. 6 hours unwrapped and 2 hours wrapped. Took it off at 205f then rested for about an hour.

Great results and everyone loved it.

  1. How many pounds was the leg? My 8lb leg cooked in about 4 hours unwrapped at 250-275!
