That or on top of some mac & cheese. Usually how I use the last of it

Pretty much every time I make pulled pork there will be at least one batch of nachos. My kid loves nachos so will usually be 4 or 5 batches of nachos that get made from.

Pork, poultry and beef leftover smoked meats are all great on nachos.

I can’t buy pork butt without my fiancee wanting to grab tortilla chips.

Nachos is a must for her anytime I’m smoking pulled pork.

  5. nachos, tacos, fried rice, mix with mac n cheese, bbq style pizza (bbq sauce oniones, pork, light on cheese)

  6. One of the main reasons we make it in the first place. Plus sandwiches and tacos.

  7. Nothing as fancy/pretty as the example picture, but **Hell Yeah**! Especially since I usually use taco seasoning as a rub

i make bbq pork nachos/tacos with fresh smoked pork butt more often than i do sandwiches or anything else with pork butt. my friends and family love a good nacho/taco bar. we don’t do whole pan like you. we allow each person to make their own to their liking with all the fixins.

I usually go bbq pulled pork sandwiches > pork tacos > pork nachos

I smoked a few racks of ribs the other day and I make baked nachos with the rib meat, beans, jalapenos, cheese and drizzle BBQ sauce on top. I learned that in Memphis, very tasty

I just made bbq pulled pork tamales with my leftovers last night, but nachos are also always a hit

I’ve been moving on from bbq as the main focus to smoked meats as an ingredient to other dishes. Really elevates the flavor of a variety of dishes.

Every chance I get. If you like onions, try some pickled onions on them too!

No. Nope. Absolutely not. No one but you makes nachos with their leftover pork butts. That would be insane, and potentially illegal in most US cities and townships— though I believe some unincorporated areas may look the other way…

Yes, of *course* many of us do, along with brisket and sausages, etc! So. Much. Flavor!!! 😋🤌👍

I just recently got all of my teeth pulled (long story) in preparation to get dental implants… I can’t eat nachos or anything that isn’t soft for the next 6-8 weeks. I guess I’m gonna have to mute this sub until I can actually eat, cuz those nachos are just teasing me! 😂

Just throwing baked potato out there. That’s my go to with leftover pulled pork!

  17. Do yourself a favor and make a quesadilla with the pork, cheddar and sriracha mayo

Left over what? I’ve never had leftovers.

That is usually the fist go to after we get tired of eating sandwiches. Baked potato is also a great use. Pizza is also a good use.

We’ve done nachos, tacos, etc. but chilaquiles is my favorite use, especially if I’ve made my own salsa verde. You basically toss tortilla chips in red or green salsa in a hot pan on the stove until soft (not the chunky jarred kind I’m talking homemade; enchilada sauce will work in a pinch) and then top it with whatever you want. Reheated pork, crumbled queso Blanco, cilantro and onion, crema, some people do a fried egg. It’s a quick and versatile meal for any time of day. Today I actually repurposed some spare ribs that I didn’t like the outcome of. Cut the meat from the bone and into thin strips and made a great lo mein. The smoke ring, color, and flavor was the closest to the Chinese take out pork I’ve ever made myself.

I’m telling yall put it on a baked potato with all the fixings you normally like. Vinegar based sauce works best for it!

Are there chips under there, or do you dip the chips in that?

This is very interesting to me! I never thought what else I could make with left over pulled pork.

    What are leftovers???? Lmao
    Those nachos look amazing

Make a big ol loaded baked potato with the pork and BBQ sauce!

    You’re GD right I do!

Yellow corn chips, base latter of shredded fiesta cheese, pork, another layer of melted cheese, and bake at 400 for about 12-14 minutes on one of those double layered cookie sheets so the bottom doesn’t burn.

Top as you prefer and devour

Key is to reheat the pork in a pan with some liquid and seasonings and heat/crisp up the nachos separately. Then add the cheese and put it back in the oven to melt the cheese. Then add the pork and toppings. Took me several iterations of “it’s too dry, Dad” to figure that one out…
