    I love this! It goes to show that meal prep doesn’t always have to be full meals. This charcuterie board in a bowl is genius. You can totally customize it to your liking and maybe add in a cup of chicken salad or pasta salad as well.

    The bowls are **really good**, but here are some things that can **make them even better:**

    1. I don’t know for sure if it’s salami, but if it is, you should **change it up to ham**. Ham is healthier and **less greasy.**

    2. I think the veggies and fruit – cheese, salami and egg ratio could be better, with less of the second and **more fruits and veggies.**

    Your bowls are amazing, keep it up!
