



Hello all! After what was a bit of research turned into a health rabbit hole, I have decided to switch to the Mediterranean Diet/Lifestyle.
If any of you could give me pointers, tips, favorite recipes.. Really anything, I would be very grateful.
My full day of eating yesterday was…
Breakfast :
Oatmeal + Siggis Vanilla Skyr (Bought plain Greek yogurt, just working through what I have left in my fridge) + Frozen Raspberries
Lunch :
Couscous + Cucumber + 1/2Avocado w/ a drizzle of EVOO
Snack : Mango & Almonds
Dinner :
Pinto Beans + Cucumber/Red Onion/Tomato salad + Mary’s Gone Crackers + 2 Poached Eggs
Dessert was cherries with more almonds lol.
I tend to lean towards fruits and am trying to get me veggies on my plate.

Add lemon juice and some herbs to your couscous bowls oil. Make it a dressing basically will up it. Think of it as a salad.
I like to also add various nuts for a little crunch but also chickpeas. Just get a can, drain and wash, and throw it on top. A sharp flavor rounds it out as well like feta or you can go down the path of olives.
And this is a me thing, but I only want the couscous cold. I hate warm for some reason.
No real advice but I would destroy that last plate 10/10
