Recipe for 2 portions:

1 apple
Some Cinnamon
Half a glass of milk
A mini chocolate bar (like one that has 50-60 calories)
3 tablespoons of oats
Some stevia

Cut the apples in pieces, put them in a pan medium heat, add some stevia and cinnamon and let them caramelize for 10 minutes. Add some hot water if you need to.

Add the milk and the oats. Stir well and add the chocolate if you want to. Wait until the oatmeal is ready.

Serve with some syrup or halo top if you want to.

    You could also bake the apple in an airfryer or oven, packed in tin foil or baking sheet, while you cooked the oatmeal with milk or just water.
    Then use sweetner and cinnamon, drizzle with some maymay.

    I have overnight oats for brekky every day

    3/4 cup rolled oats

    1 cup soy milk

    +Sous vide stewed fruit 

    Sv is- 4 pieces per bag- always add cinnamon and 1tsp sugar. I make 2 bags and it makes brekky for 5 days for my gf and i – stewed fruit gets stored in a container and I just spoon it into the overnight oats each night

    I add cottage cheese just before serving.

     Often tastes like cheesecake.
