I saw Daisies recommended here so I headed over to their site and I’m met with this.

staff members receive equitable pay and benefits. Thank you for supporting fair compensation for industry employees.”
I tip anyway but how is it their patron’s responsibility to give their staff equitable pay and benefits? Don’t they contribute to that when they buy food at a large markup? I think the wording of this just caught me wrong.
