Turn the heat down to medium low. Add 1 tablespoon cooking oil. Add ginger and green onion.
Add rice, carefully breaking up the larger chunks and cook for 2-3 minutes, until heated through. Stir in soy sauce.
Mix in the cooked eggs. Turn off the heat, stir in sesame oil.

A very simple 4 ingredient recipe. What could go wrong?
