From what I can tell, it's a very early OK Kamado, and it's in perfect condition. The seller had a couple more in various states of decay, but this one was in the garage and looked to have been there a long time.

    My grandfather had one of these. He was a Naval aviator and flew it back from Japan post WWII. He was the pilot, so he told the story for years, with a shit-eating grin, that between him and his crew they bought five, but only one made it back in one piece. Ha! I didn’t know a Thanksgiving turkey or Christmas rib roast that wasn’t cooked on that exact unit until I was probably 25 years-old! Thank you for bringing back the memories.
