Kombucha hot sauce is a completely new one to me. Like I haven’t heard of it or even thought it was a thing. And they’ll make sauce with anything (Aka Miso, looking at you).
I am very aware of fermented hotsauces, but kombucha hot sauce, huh. I’m intrigued. Something new is always good.
Id also love to try the bourbon habanero.

Right now Tabasco Scorpion is mine. And I’m shocked by that because I’ve never been a fan of OG Tabasco. Scorpion is fantastic and I wouldn’t have even tried it if not for this sub

Nobody has commented on it yet, but that 6666 sauce has been my daily for a while now. Not super hot, but a good flavor and it goes with everything.
