    Hello!
You’re going to be amazed by the taste!
I’m growing tomatoes for the first time this year—no idea if they’ll survive haha—but Santorini is truly one of the best varieties we have here in Greece. If you enjoy it, you might want to try some other traditional Greek varieties too:

Chios Tomato – My personal favorite! Small fruit, very sweet and aromatic.

Pelion Tomato – Balanced acidity and nice sweetness.

Kalamata Tomato – Medium-sized, deep red, juicy with a slightly tangy flavor.

Corfu (Kerkyra) Tomato – Small to medium in size, smooth skin, very sweet and aromatic.

Cretan Tomato (“Ladolia”) – Rich, slightly oily flavor with strong aroma, perfect for sauces.
