Sharing a recipe for a Vegan Taco Pizza we put together that’s one of my new favorite recipes.

It starts with a 12-inch pizza crust and gets layered with salsa, a tofu mixture that’s sautéed with onion, olive oil, and taco-style spices, and a quick and easy cashew cheese.

After baking, it’s all about fresh toppings: crunchy lettuce or cabbage, juicy tomatoes, creamy avocado slices, and a sprinkle of green onion and/or cilantro.

Planning to make this again on Cinco de Mayo!
