They’re dried, but try using a diffusing water spray on time here and there. Watering the soil is good, but watering the plant is nature’s way and the plant recover quicker

Yeah, this is normal. Just happened to my tomatoes when I moved them to bigger pots. Just throw some water in and they’ll be fine

Water as they need it. No time schedule for watering. Check the soil.
Pick it up method for watering. If it feels light like dry soil then water. 4-5 days seems too long between watering.
Sometimes the plants can be a little dramatic after some sunlight if they’re thirsty… some water & shade will get them right back quickly!
