I just have a stock pile of glass jars under the sink that I fill and when full I toss. Wife says I have too many. She is wrong.

I would put it in a separate bag than the rest of the trash to be sure. Bacon grease is super flammable.

If it’s bacon grease, pour that shit through a coffee filter into a Mason jar to use for later. Not a drop of that liquid gold gets thrown away in my house lol
