The rainbow chips seem to have bloomed (have a chalky coating now instead of the original shine).
Has anyone experienced this? I added them right after spreading the ganache, then sealed it up. Should I have added them after the ganache set?
Followed recipe from Handle the Heat. (Also cut them Little Debbie style once set 😉).
