I use the protein shakes from premier as creamer in my coffee and it’s sooo good. Essentially makes it an iced coffee.
I’m lowkey addicted to protein shakes. They’re so low effort and they genuinely taste so good if drink them even if I weren’t dieting. That’s the standard I hope to get all of my meals to, because then I know I can stick to this!
My favorite is the caramel ones because they literally taste like a McDonald’s caramel macchiato lol
