  5. This is Azerbaijani dish. In Azerbaijan this is called "yarpaq dolma". We also add some greens like dill and coriander. Dolma is served with "qatıq"( it's like yogurt) and garlic can be added.

  6. I enjoy wrapping the leaves. I play my fav series and spend hours doing it (I'm slow but also cook a big pot to have leftovers 😋)

  7. Should also specify the word Authentic here Applies to which culture .. Because as an Egyptian I'm sure this isn't the Authentic recipe that we use for wara' Enab I know it's also not the authentic syrian way nor the Turkish or the greek .. I know it's the Lebanese and I've tried and liked it very much but it'd be nice to say which culture make it this way so people don't get confused ❤

  9. In many eastern European countries, there's a similar dish with the only difference they wrapping it in fermented cabbage leaves
