Ursula, Bed Stuy – shoutout to their blue corn pancakes which are the unsung hero: Navajo-Grown Blue Corn, Whipped Sage Butter, Maple Syrup, Seasonal Fruit, Toasted Piñon

We all know their breakfast burrito which is solid but I tried the pancakes since they had a unique ingredient list. Super good and can’t wait to go get them again.
