Ingredients:
Tagliatelle
Shrimp
Lemon (zest and juice)
Garlic
Parmesan cheese
House seasoning:
Salt
Pepper
Chili flake
Recipe:
– Bring salted water to a boil and cook tagliatelle until al dente, make sure to save half a cup of pasta cooking water. Heat oil in a pan on medium high heat, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until they turn opaque, about 3 minutes.
– Season the shrimp with the house seasoning, lemon zest and the juice of half a lemon (squeeze more if you’d like).
– Toss in the pasta, as well as half of the saved pasta water. Once combined with the shrimp, add a generous amount of Parmesan cheese and the rest of the pasta water. Mix until a creamy, cheesy sauce forms.
– Plate it up, sprinkle on some parsley and dig in!

that looks great, can you use chicken if you don't have the shrimp?
Most of these cooking videos I just pass up because I don’t eat no form of cheese, cream of anything and nothing smothered in butter. This however I can throw together and leave off the Parmesan cheese!!
