    Hmm…I don’t see how that’s going to draw air efficiently enough. Did you put this through any COMSOL modeling?

  11. Are those 5 – 3/4 inch tubes for the stack?

    I mean it does look cool and everything but smokers are built to convect heat quickly over the meat. I’m not sure small tubes are going to give you that same effect.

    Very nice. I have a stainless smoker, too. It’s very convenient to never worry about it rusting out. I painted mine black and wish I hadn’t. Keep it raw.
