There should be a flair for “dirt cheap”. 10 chicken and rice plans, 20 burritos.

Just egg, potato, and cheese in the burritos.
Egg: crack 18 eggs in bowl and stir, pour into pan on medium heat and stir until almost fully cooked then remove from heat
potatoes: put butter on medium high heat, put potatoes in when sizzling, then add 1/2 cup water and put on lid for 4 mins. remove lid and then season with garlic, onion, pepper, salt. Keep lid off for 4 mins and repeat all steps until potatoes are soft

Chicken: Bake at 425 for 30 or so mins until 165 internal.

    Do you freeze or refrigerate the burritos? Do they hold up well reheated?

  2. How are those tortillas? I always see them in store but I’ve never made the par-cooked ones.

  4. What veg did you put with the chicken & rice to make it a complete meal? Looks like a few different options would work well.
