OlivitalyMed, three days of conferences, masterclasses and discussions on 26, 27, 28 April to discover the cultivars and territories that tell the story of the Italian and Mediterranean olive heritage.

Over 75 companies representing the best EVO productions of our country in Cilento, the cradle of the Mediterranean diet, but also companies from Croatia, Greece, Spain, Morocco and Portugal will bring to life from 26 to 28 April OlivitalyMed, the event that celebrates the best of Extra Virgin with three days of masterclasses and meetings set in the unique setting of the Castello di Rocca Cilento (Lustra-Salerno), one of the most evocative locations of this land, outlining a path to discover the cultivars and territories that tell the story of the Italian and Mediterranean olive heritage.

At OlivitalyMed producers, enthusiasts and experts in the sector meet to celebrate Extra Virgin, a cornerstone of our tables both for its importance in nutrition and for the culture and origins of our civilization. All this by combining history, science and business moments and by delving into the most interesting themes of the sector such as oil tourism, pairing at the table and EVO as a driver of territorial development”.

In addition to private companies, there is an important presence from the Basilicata Region and the Calabria Region, the latter with the regional Elaioteca and the Consorzio IGP Calabria, with a selection of about 20 labels overall. Also present are the emblematic communities: two from Croatia and one representative each for Greece, Spain, Morocco and Portugal, a presence that underlines the increasingly international scope of the event. And which confirms how, after just one year of history, OlivitalyMed is now recognized as a fundamental meeting point by the regional and national sector associations, and by all the players in the sector.
