I love skewers on the grill. Just did a chicken, bell, mushroom, red onion, zucchini one this week. Was awesome. Grilled a whole pineapple on the side.

Chicken thighs are my favorite thing to cook on the traeger. Brisket is too damn expensive and I suck at ribs.
