Entire brisket for brisket burnt ends

    Used the point (right) and the flat (left) to make burnt ends. Point came out way better than the flat. Put butter, brown sugar and honey in the pan with the flat and left it in another out or so. Came out okay. Anyone else do the same using the whole brisket for burnt ends??
