Just picked up a traeger on FB marketplace for $40 cad! The listing said it needed a new control board but it seems to be working fine 🤯 What should I cook first?

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!
If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!
*What seasoning did you use?
*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?
*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?
Traeger on!

Pro 22? Can’t beat that. For $40 it won’t hurt to replace any parts needed. Great job

Awesome find. Asian pork tenderloin is quick and delicious.

Upgrade that controller with a PID version, my controller and pellet chamber are all from Smoke Daddy. Before upgrades my TX Elite wouldn’t hit 400f, would not hold anything near a set temp i tried setting. Now 5 years later, my set temps hold within 1 or 2 degrees. Traeger does make a decent grill.
