I decided to have ramen for breakfast by adding omelette strips to the stir fry.

    It may be too heavy for breakfast, but it’s the weekend! Fry one scramble egg in pan into an omelette. Remove from pan and slice into strips. Cook ramen, rinse. Add avocado oil in pan and sauté any veggies you have. I had onions and peppers. Add the ramen, half the seasoning packet, splash of soy sauce, hoisin sauce, 1/4 cup water, chili sauce. Stir fry and add julienne omelette and baby spinach at the end. Drizzle sesame oil.
