the penne look too soft, too much sauce.
aim for a better ratio, cook the pasta for about 8 minutes, some butter to avoid getting them sticky if you don’t bother stirring, and mix the pasta with the sauce in the same pan instead of pouring the sauce on the plate.
still looks delicious, and I would rate it a 8.
