1 prawns, celery, tomatoes and egg
2 chocolate protein pancake with yoghurt and blueberries
3 first favorite meal: prawns, veggies, reduced fat coconut milk and rice
4 second favorite: pan fried spring rolls with rice paper, prawns, avocado, eggplant, zucchini and a gochujang sauce (I devoured two before remembering to take a picture)
5 egg and prawn salad
6 omelet with reduced fat matured cheese, avocado mash and loads of cilantro
7 pickle in a pouch (label says 0 calories but I think it’s really like 12?)

I am new to 1200 (although been lurking in this subred for a while), it’s only my second week and it’s been very educational! A good 2 weeks, some days being under 1200, same days slight over, but never feeling like I’m starving. I’m more of a grazer (several smaller meals during the day than 3 big ones) and thought it would be a challenge, but it really hasn’t.

Im a sucker for snacks and dressings, will make the cottage cheese/everything bagel snacks today to see if they’re any good. The gochujang and a cilantro-yoghurt sauce was a winner (can you notice I’m obsessed with cilantro), and will try to make the boiled egg/mustard mayo today.

I also want to try the low calorie mac and cheese but I can’t find cheese powder/seasoning where I live (Ireland).

Lastly thanks for all the inspo on this subred! It’s been golden.
