We’re your cake’s completely cooled before trying to frost them. Also the frosting could’ve been adjusted to be a little thicker, not as runny. Please let us know where you think it went wrong?

I’ve done that before. Top layer sliding. I’ve learned to put the layers in the fridge to cool before putting icing on and between layers.
