2lbs of ground beef or turkey. 1 1/2lbs of elbow noodles. 2 cans of sloppy joe sauce and cheddar cheese. I browned the meat and seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mixed the sauce with the meat. Cooked the pasta to al dente drained and mixed everything all together. Put into a casserole dish and topped with cheddar cheese. I baked it at 390 until the cheese was melted. I bought store brand pasta, cheese and sloppy joe sauce. You can add more sauce if you’d like and also switch cheese preference.

This might be good with tater tots or hash browns instead of pasta, too.
