Cooked 4 chicken breasts with garlic and Italian herbs and split it into 2 gnocchi bowls, 5 protein boxes and 2 salads
Sundried Tomato Gnocchi: Fry gnocchi in oil from 1 jar sundried tomatoes. Add tomatoes, salt pepper and granulated garlic. Cook one minute. Add 4 cups of kale. Stir for 2 minutes, add 1 cup half and half, cook two minutes on low, remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons parm. Served with steamed green beans and chicken.
5 Protein boxes: Cheddar and Gouda cheese, chicken, egg, nuts, broccoli, cucumbers, tomato,grapes, blueberries and blackberries
Fish bake: salmon on top of wild rice, kale, green beans, and peppers. Will be baked Monday.
