Those look fucking great. No reverse sear/ sous vide/ pan sear . That’s a simple grilled steak from raw , not fucked with while cooking. I’d bet they were perfect medium rare. Am I right?

We had already started eating and I was cutting with a serrated steak knife so it’s not pretty haha. Plus we were outside and I didn’t have time to take a good pic but she came out delicious and juicy, but the pic is washed out by being in direct sun hahahah.
