The best meals I’ve ever cooked are the ones my kids enjoy. Burgers, simple chicken breasts/thighs, or double smoked bacon.
Nothing fancy, nothing challenging, nothing that would even get upvotes here. But seeing your kid enjoying the food you made them validates all the skills you hone trying to become a good grill master.

Grandson is in college and learning how to cook. Made chicken Alfredo. Pasta ? Check. Jar of sauce ?? Check. Frozen chicken dinosaurs baked in the oven ??? Yep.
