Oh I love those. The first one (but the hot version) two packet and an extra tofu packet, some mushrooms, shrimp, 3 eggs. 250 calories per serving for 5-6 servings. I make that once a month.
The second one. Make it with some ground pork, divide into 3 serving with brown rice and broccoli. About 275 per serving.

That first one is a mainstay for me, I absolutely love it. I can have the whole pot, but I usually eat half and then finish the rest as a bedtime snack standing over the stove like a goblin. They also make just the seasoning packets for soondubu and doenjang jigae for you to add your own tofu and veg.
