I’ve been tempted to buy it. But I seem to find choice prime rib roast at Kroger for $5-$7/lb and stock up.

That looks like prime grade that was mislabeled. Nice!

Don’t marinate them, cast iron high heat s&p to sear. Little bit of butter garlic Rosemary and thyme and then based at a medium heat until it’s your preference internally. I would top your steak off with a Brazilian chimichurri. It has phenomenal fat marbling so you really want to be careful with what you’re doing with that
